Zesty Italian Meatloaf by Claudia March

Ingredients:  1 cup ketchup
                    3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
                    2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
                    1/2 cup Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
                    1 envelope (.6 oz) Italian salad dressing mix, such as Good Seasons
                    2 eggs
                    1/4 cup chopped fresh parley
                    Jelly Roll Pan

Preheat oven to 350 deg.
In bowl, combine 1/4 cup ketchup and 1 Tbs Worcestershire.  Reserve.
In Large bowl combine beef or ground turkey, breadcrumbs, salad dressing mix, eggs, parsley and remaining 3/4 cup ketchup and
2 Tbs. Worcestershire.  Do not overmix.

On jellyroll pan, shape meat mixture into 10"x5" loaf.  Bake 1 hour, or until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 160 deg. F, brushing with reserved ketchup mixture during last 10 minutes of cooking time.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
