Green Beans Almondine by Sara Schubert


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup slivered almonds - can be blanched
1/4 to 1/2 cup or more minced onions
1 and 1/2 pounds fresh green beans OR
2 - 4 cans French cut green beans, very well drained OR
1 -2 packages frozen french cut green beans - cooked

Procedure:

Melt butter
Sauté onions and almonds until both golden brown
Add cooked green beans
Serve
