Teriyaki Steak or Chicken Marinade by Claudia March

                                                         Teriyaki Steak or Chicken Marinade by Claudia March

Ingredients:  1/2 cup vegetable oil
                    1/2 cup brown sugar
                    5 ozs. soy sauce
                    3 cloves garlic, chopped
                    1 cup pineapple juice.
                    
Mix all above ingredients well and pour over steak or chicken.

Marinate overnight.

Grill steak or chicken, or your chicken can be baked in the oven.  Adds a delicious flavor to your meal.
