oven Roasted Chicken

Oven Roasted Chicken

1 cut-up chicken

Wash and dry chicken. Place pieces in roasting pan and dot each piece with a small piece of margarine. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken soups
½ soup can milk
1 package sliced mushrooms

Combine soup with milk. Stir. Spoon over chicken. Add sauteed mushrooms.
Bake for another 40 minutes.
