Crab Dip by Barbara Vosburgh
1 cup chopped crabmeat
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
Mix together all ingredients and place in an oven proof dish
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Serve on crackers.
Makes about 2 cups.
Note: Since this recipe uses the same amount of each ingredient, it is easy to adjust for a larger or smaller amount.
