Dandelion wine by Dorothy Karsch

4qts blossoms
2 gallons boiling water
Pour water over blossoms. Let stand 24 hrs. Strain.

Add: 6lbs. sugar, 2 sliced oranges, 2 sliced lemons, 1lb raisins, 2pkgs or 2 tb. yeast.
Let stand 10 days, stirring once a day.
Strain.
Put in glas jars and let stand until clear.
